AUR is proud to be a partner of the听听听and is involved in four of its nine thematic working groups.听听听

Professor Laura Prota, as AUR representative, was elected as Coordinator of the thematic working group on听Food Waste and Losses.听

Part-time Food Studies faculty and partners of the Master in Food Studies are also engaged:听
- Professor听Francesca Felici, as Coordinator of the working group on听Food Poverty,听
- Professor听Maria Fonte contributes to the Working Group on听Community, Social Economy and Solidarity,听听
- Professor听Valentina Peveri contributes to the Working Group on听Collective and School Catering听
- Professor听Dalia Mattioni contributes to the Working Group on听Distribution and Local Markets.听

Our partner farm Cooperativa Coraggio participates in听the Working Group on听Local Production and Agroecology.听听

We are eager to participate in and learn from the work being done, to share progress with our students and, more generally, eager to follow the developments of the Rome Food Policy Council!
