AUR is pleased to announce the appointment of听Alan听Fusetto听as听Assistant Dean for Experiential Learning and Strategic Partnerships, a newly established leadership role that will shape the University鈥檚 integrated approach to career development, experiential learning, and employer engagement.听

Alan joins AUR with more than a decade of leadership experience in international higher education, most recently serving as Director of Career Services & Outreach at听Johns Hopkins University SAIS Europe听and with an earlier leadership role at the听Bocconi School of Management. His work has centered on building employer networks, strengthening alumni engagement, and designing high-impact experiential programs that connect academic pathways with the global job market.听

As Assistant Dean,听Alan听will oversee the听implementation听of a comprehensive career and experiential learning ecosystem, including curriculum-integrated career education, new experiential pathways, expanded employer partnerships, and enhanced alumni involvement. He will also lead the development of a required career听foundations听course and听establish听frameworks for assessing student competencies and post-graduate outcomes.听

Alan听holds degrees in Economics and Management, Conference Interpreting, and Language Mediation, and has pursued executive training through Harvard Business School and Johns Hopkins University.听
